We’ve been talking lately about fiber, blood sugar, and cravings.

  • Gas to “just how my body is.”

  • We think (or have been told) it's normal to only have 4 bowel movements a week when in fact that's constipation (we need to take the trash out daily).

These are all signals I see often

  • Bloating after meals (or random bloat by 3pm)

  • Constipation, loose stools, or alternation of both

  • Reflux or a constant lump-in-the-throat sensation

  • Fatigue after eating

  • Food sensitivities that seem to be multiplying

  • Loss of a taste for meat

  • Skin breakouts or itchiness with no clear cause and won't go away

  • Autoimmune diagnosis

These aren’t random. They're not just who and how you are. Or predetermined by your family history.

And they don't have to be permanent.

They’re clues.

So what now?

Gut healing isn’t about cutting out more foods or taking every probiotic at the health food store. 

It’s about:

  • Slowing down and supporting digestion

  • Removing what’s irritating so you stop poking the bear and allow healing to happen

  • Rebalancing and rebuilding with targeted support

  • Reestablishing trust with your body

  • Establishing lifestyle and self care practices that calm the nervous system and support detoxification
